OVERVIEW
Sealtek may be a pre-applied process which adheres a line of acrylic-based sealing materials manufactured by ND Industries to the underhead of fasteners. SealTek processed fasteners negate the necessity for extra O-rings, gaskets, or sealing washers. When the fastener is installed, SealTek conforms to surface dimensions and fills voids between mating parts, forming a strong seal.
HOW IT WORKS
During the SealTek pre-application process, ND Industries precisely dispenses then heat or UV cures the chosen material onto customer provided fasteners. The result’s a self-sealing fastener which is dry to the touch and prepared for immediate installation.
