HOW IT WORKS
ND Expandable Mastic extrusions are ready-to-use in an uncured form and may be applied or bonded to any metal surface before the appliance of warmth . When heat is applied, generally during a primer oven, a reaction takes place that causes the fabric to expand and cling to the metal surfaces and make a seal while filling all space between the metals. Our product offers expansion rates starting from 100% to 700%. the fabric is stable, non-volatile, immune to most chemicals, features a long shelf-life, and is compatible with production phosphatizing and paint systems.
