ST-3® THREAD SEALANT
ST-3 is a resilient thread sealant for straight or tapered threaded fasteners. A widely-used, Automotive Approved product, ST-3 immediately forms a custom-fitting, elastic gasket right in the threads, that prevents the passage of most fuels and chemicals, and helps keep joints tight.
SEALTEK™
SealTek products are acrylic-based sealing materials pre-applied by ND Industries to the underhead of fasteners. SealTek products replace the need for the assembly of O-rings, gaskets, or sealing washers. SealTek conforms to surface dimensions and fills the voids between mating parts, forming a robust seal.
ND CRUSHABLE MASTICS
ND Crushable Mastic Sealer is an extruded product that is specially formulated for fastening and sealing operations that require holes and gaps to be filled and sealed. An extruded product, Crushable Mastic Sealer can be formed in a variety of shapes, sizes, and dimensions, and can be applied to your parts by ND Industries.
ND EXPANDABLE MASTICS
ND Industries’ heat expandable mastic products are used in a wide variety of applications providing economical solutions for the prevention of metal-to-metal contact, vibration, and noise-related problems (sometimes refered to as flutter).
ND PLASTISOL
ND Plastisol Applied-To-Metal adheres to many substrates and, as a result, can be applied directly to fasteners, washers, and other parts for a variety of purposes.
ND PLASTISOL OPEN-MOLD
ND Plastisol Open-Mold products are the perfect low cost alternative to thermal injection molding, rubber molding, die cutting, and hand fabrication available as gaskets, O-rings, washers, bezels, and other complex shapes.
3M™ THREAD SEALANTS
3M™ Thread Sealant 4291 is a water-based product designed to be pre-applied to threaded fasteners, providing excellent resistance to automotive fluids and withstanding high temperatures and pressures. Typical applications are threaded fasteners for the engine compartment.
BISEAL 0630®
BiSeal 0630 is a wax based material designed to seal sheet metal holes upon installation of the coated fastener.
